Venue doors open and guests begin to arrive

We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to park and find a seat.

4:30pm—5:00pm
Ceremony

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. For late arrivals, an usher will guide you to an available seat.

5:00pm—6:00pm
Cocktail hour and family photos

All guests are invited to a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres. Family photos will be taken on the ceremony pavilion.

6:00pm—7:00pm
Dinner

The buffet will be open for dinner. Cake and coffee will be served afterwards.

7:00pm—10:00pm
Reception and dancing

The couple will share their first dance together and with their parents. Now it’s time to get the party started!

The bar will close 45 minutes before the send-off.

10:15pm
Send-off

We will close out the night with a send-off at the front entrance.
